Shipping, Returns, and Store Policy
Transaction Fees
- A transaction fee of 5% of the total invoice amount will be applied to all refunds to cover bank transaction fees and restocking costs.
- CopiersHub reserves the right to determine whether a credit or refund is provided, based on the specific circumstances.
Shipping
- Free Delivery: Enjoy free metro delivery on orders over $199.
- Metro Shipping Fees: $25 for small and medium printers.
- Freestanding Photocopiers: Shipping fees are determined by weight and delivery location. Tailgate delivery may be required, with additional freight charges quoted accordingly. Customers may need to provide or have a forklift on-site to receive the delivery. Delivery is limited to a single ground-floor location. Assistance with unloading may be necessary for heavy or bulky items, and additional charges may apply for deliveries to upper or lower levels.
- Delivery Areas: We deliver to most Australian postcodes. However, additional fees may apply for remote areas. We’ll notify you of any extra charges or if delivery isn’t feasible before accepting your order.
- Express Same-Day Courier Service: Available at checkout for orders placed before 1:30 PM AEDT within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, and Adelaide metropolitan areas. If unavailable, our customer service team will contact you.
- Next-Day Delivery: Available for orders placed before 3:00 PM AEDT within metropolitan areas.
- Dispatch Times: Orders are dispatched twice daily (10:00 AM and 3:00 PM AEST), with a 2:30 PM cut-off. Normal delivery takes 2-3 days for non-metro locations.
- Order Tracking: Track your order with the tracking number sent via email. Most couriers offer online tracking.
Items on Backorder
- Prices for backorder items may change upon arrival. If a price increase occurs, we’ll notify you of the updated price. You can choose to cancel the order for a full refund or receive store credit.
Authority to Leave
- If you authorize the courier to leave the goods unattended, Copiers Hub is not responsible for any loss or damage. By choosing this option, you agree to release Copiers Hub from any liability.
Loss and Damage
- If your parcel hasn’t been delivered by the expected time, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We’ll provide a refund or compensation for lost items if applicable.
- Inspect delivered goods immediately for any damage. Contact us within 14 days if there’s an issue. Signing a Proof of Delivery (POD) confirms the goods were received in full and in good condition.
Additional fees
- PayPal payments incur a 2% surcharge; credit card payments incur a 1.5% surcharge. EFT (bank transfer) has no surcharges but may take 1-3 business days to clear. Please send a copy of the remittance receipt to info@copiershub.com for faster processing.
- If additional delivery charges are incurred due to customer actions, these may be charged at Copier Hub’s discretion.
Order Cancellation
- Notify us within 4 hours of placing an order via email or phone call to cancel. A 20% restocking fee may apply, and delivery fees are non-refundable if the item has been shipped or delivered.
Returns and Refunds
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase. A 5% processing fee will be deducted. For returns, customers must organize and pay for return shipping to our Melbourne warehouse. Only store credit or replacement products will be provided.
Warranty
- All new products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Refurbished and second-hand items typically have a 6-month warranty unless otherwise stated. Warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer if they have a service center in Australia.
Refurbished/Second-Hand Items
- No returns or refunds are accepted for refurbished or second-hand items. These items are tested and guaranteed to be functional at the time of sale. If a machine arrives malfunctioning within the first 7 days, we’ll promptly address the issue.
Copier Spare Parts and Consumables
- Spare parts and consumables are non-refundable. Faulty items can be exchanged after assessment.
