- A 30-day account is automatically approved.
- Extended payment terms of up to 30 additional days may be granted upon authorization.

- An official purchase order is required, including an order number and account details (name, phone number, and email).
Delivery Information:
- Site contact name
- Mobile phone number and email address
- Delivery address, including suburb, state, and postcode
- Delivery instructions or special conditions (e.g., forklift required, steps at the location, safe drop-off, positioning and installation, etc.)
- Additional details (e.g., ground-level access, steps or stairs, elevators, loading bay, crane truck or tailgate lift, or out-of-hours delivery) should be noted at the time of the purchase order.
